Ingredients:
2 pcs. grilled chicken breasts (warm)
4 tsp. honey mustard
4 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
4 tbsp. hot water
1 tbsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. sesame oil
7 1/2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. head iceberg lettuce
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup of lime juice
4 tbsp. olive oil (extra virgin)
Procedure:
Mix together hot water, ginger, peanut butter, sesame oil and ginger in one bowl. After which, you combine all together honey, lime juice, honey mustard, pepper, salt, garlic and oil right into another bowl. Put in the lettuce and stir.
Then, divide the lettuce and lime mixture in to two bowls. Get the chicken breasts, and slice them into pieces. On the bed of lettuce, put in the sliced chicken breasts. Lastly, drizzle the salad with peanut butter sauce and serve.
